The front desk is REOPENING! We will resume regular office hours (Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm) on MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2020.
In order to help keep everyone safe and protected from Covid-19 and because of the Washington state mandate, we will be REQURING MASKS in all common areas especially the lobby and elevators. Other common areas include the hallways, mailroom, laundry room, etc. Please inform all of your renters, guests and visitors that they will be required to wear a mask upon entering the building.
You will also see some new barriers around the front desk to help protect our staff and to practice safe social distancing. When approaching the desk, please do not go past these barriers and make sure to wear a mask.
We are also asking that all owners, residents, guests, and visitors limit their time in the lobby while the office is open. We ask that you do not loiter there, and if you are waiting for something to please wait outside. This is the best option for safe social distancing and to keep everyone protected.
With the office being open regular hours, we will no longer be delivering packages door to door. You will be notified you have a package by an orange sticker on your mailbox. You can pick up packages anytime the office is open, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm & Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm.
The Board has also approved reopening the roof decks. Roof access will be from 7:00am-12:00am. Owners and residents will be able to access the roof decks Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Even though the roof decks were approved for opening, the guest suite and rec room will still remain closed until further notice.
