Beginning in July the staff will be clearing out all excess items in all storage rooms, storage areas and garages due to items not being properly placed in a storage locker and left in parking spots.
Any items that are not properly stored inside of a storage locker will be removed and discarded. This includes the area above all storage lockers in the 1st floor storage room.
Based on our rules no items other than bicycles will be allowed in any parking spot. All items left in a parking spot other than a bike will also be removed and discarded.
All owners and residents will have until July 1, 2018 to remove and properly store their items from the storage rooms and garages.
To help keep the building clean and orderly, any item found after this cleanout not inside of a storage locker or in a parking spot will be immediately removed and discarded.
