Roof Decks
The roof decks of the Elektra have unique views of Seattle. To the west, you can see Downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay. To the north is Lake Union and Queen Anne. On July 4th, forget trekking to GasWorks Park and making your way through crowds to get a good view of the fireworks show. The Elektra roof decks are the best place to be.
Recreation Center
Our recreation center features a large screen TV and comfortable seating. There is also a pool table, blu-ray player, mini refrigerator, and microwave. You can reserve the room for your private parties and other events.

Guest Suite
The guest suite is run by and provided for the residents of the Elektra. It features a queen-sized bed, a full kitchen and full bath amongst other amenities. All guests must comply with all the Elektra Condominium rules and regulations and the hosting resident is responsible for all guest behavior, misbehavior and any resultant damages.
The rate is $90 a night. Payment is to be made by check to “Elektra HOA”. The first $90 is collected at the time of reservation and is refundable if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the reserved date. The guest suite is available all year round to guests of Elektra residents. Please check with the Front Desk or e-mail the Building Manager for reservations.
