We would like to take a moment to highlight the appropriate ways, when, and who to contract from the Elektra management team including the Building Staff, Association Staff – CWD and The Board.  This contact information sheet has been posted in several locations within the building and is also on our website under the Contact Us tab and within the Resident Portal under Documents > Building Information > Contact Information, Elektra Staff

After Hours of Operation
All non-emergencies
(packages, lockouts, complaints), contact Elektra Staff during the hours of operation.

If there is an emergency after hours (fire, water leak, alarms), call the CWD Emergency Line at (206) 706-8000 or call 911 for all life-threatening conditions.  If you leave a voice mail for the after-hours on-call manager, include that you are calling from the Elektra, your unit number and your phone number.
