We are excited to announce the reopening of the guest suite and rec room! You can begin making reservations for the guest suite and rec room starting tomorrow, July 14, 2021. All reservations can be made with Kassi, during office hours.
The guest suite is available to all owners and long-term residents for friends and family. A $90 deposit (check or money order) made out to the Elektra HOA with a filled-out Guest Suite Reservation Form.doc is required when making the reservation. This deposit will go towards the full balance of the stay. The remaining balance will be due at the time of check-in (check or money order). Residents can book the suite for up to one-week at a time. If you need the suite longer than one week and the suite is available, you will be able to book it for another week at the time of check-in. Check-in time is between 4:00 pm-6:00 pm Monday-Friday or by special arrangements on Saturday and Sunday. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests will be required to complete the check-out list before their departure to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Smoking or animals of any kind are not permitted. All guests and their actions are the responsibility of the hosting owner or resident.
The rec room does not cost anything to reserve. During office hours, residents may access the rec room by speaking with the person at the front desk. If you would like it after hours, you will need to reserve it with Kassi. During night use, you will be provided a specific code to use for that evening to gain access to the rec room. Owners and residents will be responsible for leaving the rec room exactly as they found it. Anyone having a party will be required to clean the rec room and take out any garbage after the party is over. All owners and residents will be responsible for any guests and their actions while using the rec room.
